Being at-home has had me playing around with recipes in the kitchen. Today, I decided to come up with a beRev Fall protein ball recipe that I hope you all will love! It’s super easy and takes about 10 minutes to make, overnight in the fridge, and then ready to eat!
What you will need:
- Organic Mejool Dates
- Gluten-Free Quick Cooking Rolled Oats (I love Bob’s Redmill)
- Organic Manuka Honey
- Pumpkin Puree
- Cacao Nibs
- Organic Peanut Butter
- Organic Almond Butter
- Vanilla Protein Powder — I love Hush & Hush Plant Your Day
What to do:
- One cup of oats
- 1 table spoon of honey
- 1/4 cup of peanut butter
- 1/4 cup of almond butter
- handful of cacao nibs
- one scoop of protein powder
- 1/4 cup of pumpkin puree
- two to three dates cut up into tiny pieces
- mix everything together in a small baking bowl
- using hands, mold the balls together into small one inch balls
- place into the fridge overnight
- Voila!
