beRev Fall Protein Balls

Being at-home has had me playing around with recipes in the kitchen. Today, I decided to come up with a beRev Fall protein ball recipe that I hope you all will love! It’s super easy and takes about 10 minutes to make, overnight in the fridge, and then ready to eat!

What you will need:

  • Organic Mejool Dates
  • Gluten-Free Quick Cooking Rolled Oats (I love Bob’s Redmill)
  • Organic Manuka Honey
  • Pumpkin Puree
  • Cacao Nibs
  • Organic Peanut Butter
  • Organic Almond Butter
  • Vanilla Protein Powder — I love Hush & Hush Plant Your Day

What to do:

  • One cup of oats
  • 1 table spoon of honey
  • 1/4 cup of peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup of almond butter
  • handful of cacao nibs
  • one scoop of protein powder
  • 1/4 cup of pumpkin puree
  • two to three dates cut up into tiny pieces
  • mix everything together in a small baking bowl
  • using hands, mold the balls together into small one inch balls
  • place into the fridge overnight
  • Voila!
