Gentle Hatha Flow

Hatha Yoga, also called Hathavidya, is a branch of Yoga that utilizes traditional poses and practices. Hatha is the practice of Asana (Yoga Postures) with Pranayama (control of the breath) which are tools for the mind and body that promote the flow of energy in the spine as well as circulation in the organs, glands and tissues. Hatha Yoga postures also stretch and align the body to promote balance and flexibility.
