Intro to Yoga

This Gentle Hatha Yoga class is appropriate for all levels and ages. This class teaches the basic poses (asanas), as well as breathing practices (pranayama), and meditation techniques. The class will cover safe alignment in foundational yoga asanas (poses), mindful transitions, breath awareness, and relaxation techniques.
