Class Profile

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa is the union of breath and movement. Vinyasa is a style of Yoga asana. Vinyasa classes incorporate the wisdom of Hatha Yoga with breath-linked movement along with an understanding of both the physical the subtle energetic body. Students will be taught sequences, which include sun salutations, to build strength, flexibility and mindfulness. Modifications will be offered to suit students of all levels.
