Strive for 3-4 classes per week alternating between cardio + strength training and yoga + mindfulness to balance out your mind and body.

Monitor the blog page for healthy and tasty recipes from our most sought out nutritionists to pair with your workout program.

Third Step
Consistency meets accountability. Make sure to schedule your classes in your calendar and show up as much as you can. Grab a friend to do the class with you so you can hold eachother accountable. #beRevolutionarie
Transform your mind, body and soul - digitally
Yoga
Our yoga classes are composed of a variety of vinyasa flows designed to build heat and strength from the inside out. Every yoga class includes a cool down followed by savasana. (10min - 30min)
HIIT
Our HIIT classes take you through quick, intense cardio bursts followed by short recovery periods, allowing you to trim down and get your heart rate up in less time.
Indoor Cycling
Our indoor cycling classes will get you up & riding to the rhythm of the music. Brought to you by Casey Cohen, Founder of BeTC (#bethechange) these signature cycling classes will be sure to challenge & inspire you. If you want to make a change, you have to be willing to make a change. Let's ride together.
Dance Cardio
Our Cardio Dance classes are taught in 4-8 counts at a time. Our instructors start with half time, then full time, adding on a little bit each round, until the dance is done!
The music is always playing, you are always moving. Our cardio dance classes help to get your heart rate up and will have you sweating in no time!
Cardio Boxing
Our Cardio Boxing classes are high-energy beat based workouts combining cardio movement with boxing technique. This class is easy to follow along and will improve your coordination and cardiovascular endurance.
Sculpt
Our sculpt classes focus on sculpting, lengthening and toning your body with sequences aimed to strengthen every muscle group.
Mindfulness Coaching
Our mindfulness coaching is brought to you by certified experts help you move your mind as much as you are moving your body. Our coaching focuses on grounding you and helping you deal with today’s issues.
Meditation
Our meditation classes range anywhere from 5 minutes to 30 minutes of quiet guided meditation. We will also be featuring meditative sound baths featuring gongs and sound bowls to focus on calming the mind and soothing the chakras.
Nutrition
Our nutrition coaching and cooking classes have been created to promote a healthy, yet satisfying approach to eating. Along with the on-demand cooking demos, the blog serves as a place to find all the recipes from the current week.
