Bridget Shanley

Bridget grew up in Fairfield, CT and has been a multi-passionate since a young age. In addition to her fitness adventures, Bridget is an attorney and works full-time in finance - she graduated from Lehigh University in 2012 and Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2015. Shortly after moving to NYC in 2015 to start her legal career, Bridget got certified as a Personal Trainer through NASM and began her second career in fitness and wellness. As an athlete herself, Bridget is fascinated with the different modalities and nutrition strategies that enable peak performance both in the office and on the playing field. This fascination led her to obtain an additional certifications in nutrition, through Precision Nutrition, and in Pilates through BASI (in progress). Bridget is a positive and motivating instructor. Her training merges the precision and form of pilates with the challenge and excitement of weights and plyometric movements. Her high energy classes are bound to have you feeling the burn and occasionally gasping for air. You will finish feeling centered, powerful, and confident.
