Drue de Milo

Drue de Milo is an upbeat, results oriented fitness instructor, specializing in barre, with a background in ballet, Pilates, and some mixed martial arts. With a strong attention to detail, Drue's workouts are designed to be both easy to follow, and impossible to perfect; she targets tiny muscles you didn't know you had to yield major rewards including weight loss, lean muscle tone, improved posture, and a more fluent understanding of your own body's needs. Plus it's fun; the former ballet dancer (Ballet Chicago) and Core Fusion instructor has also taught pole dancing, hip hop, and guides you with style. de Milo has walked the NYFW main stage, appeared many times on street style bible The Sartorialist, and posed for commercial campaigns and editorial features alike. Believing wholeheartedly in the significance of physical health on our overall well being, Drue is committed to her clients and enjoys discussing their nutrition habits and supporting relaxation practices. When she's not working out with beRevoltionaire, or on Zoom, you can find Drue making music, watching basketball, or surfing.
