"I love being a fitness professional. This doesn’t mean that my fitness life is full of perfect moments, endless enthusiasm for working out, and a "perfect body." I have felt the pain of living in a body that I wasn't in love with and the pain of overtraining that body to make it look like what I have been told the perfect body is. I use my wellness training and personal experiences to guide women through their fitness life to goals that are attainable, fulfilling, and lifelong. I think that the biggest hurdle that we will face in our fitness life is the mental one. The reality is that we won’t all be Instagram fitness models or bodybuilding competitors, and that is why I am an advocate for realistic and attainable fitness goals and overall well being. I am committed to every woman that I get to work with and their specific needs. I am also committed to spreading awareness about the diversity of women ‘s wellness because we are all so unique. I will be there for the evolution of goals as well as the obstacles and accomplishments that will come. Let’s reconnect our minds and bodies and take them to another level!"
