Maggie Langeness

I am Maggie! I found my passion for yoga when I needed to slow my life down and find a healthier lifestyle. In 2015 I left the party lifestyle of LA to move to Mexico where I completed my first RYT, here I got to live and breathe yoga. In 2016 I moved to New Zealand where I taught spin, yoga, and SUP yoga full time. I love bringing a gentle, relaxation element to my classes as I have learned the importance of slowing down. My specializations for yoga are; Yoga Nidra, pre and post natal. Now I am living back in the US living life as a new mom, my goal is to help people move their bodies how it benefits them, it's okay to be gentle with ourselves!
