Meghan Knowles

"Meghan is a native New Yorker bringing Big Apple swagger to the City of Angels. After spending most of her years amongst the hustle & bustle of NY, Meghan decided to see if the west coast really was the best coast and made the move to LA in 2018. It also seemed like the right place to follow her passion for fitness, training, and wellness. This was all confirmed after Meghan discovered a love for Pilates, what it could do for her body and complement her training regimen. After saying goodbye to an almost 10-year corporate life in PR, she committed to pursuing a career in Pilates. From there, Meghan received her universal certification in reformer and mat Pilates through Speir Pilates Teacher Training program, learning from some of the best in the biz. A lifelong athlete and 7x marathoner, Meghan fuses her background in personal training with the classical principles of Pilates to deliver an effective total body workout that will get your blood pumping, muscles toning, and sweat dripping! When not teaching at LA's Speir Pilates or working out herself, you can find Meghan running around LA (literally) as a Crew Runner with Adidas Runners LA. She enjoys all the finer, #basic things in life, including a chilled glass of rosé, Sidecar donuts (best in LA), beach days, and Bachelor Nation."
