Tiger Brown

Tiger is a NYC based fitness instructor and movement creator who specializes in high intensity, low impact workouts. She graduated with a degree in theatre from NYU Tisch School of the Arts, and has continuously balanced her creative life in the theater with her passion for teaching. Tiger has spent the past 10 years performing and inspiring audiences across the nation, along side working with her fitness clients to raise the bar on their fitness aspirations. Her workouts will guide you through a wide range of movement practices accompanied with infectious energy.
